How to Request Data Deletion

You have two ways to request that we delete your data:

Option 1: Email Request

Send us an email requesting data deletion:

Please include in your email:

  • Your name
  • The email address associated with your Facebook account
  • Your Facebook User ID (if known)
  • Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

We will process your request and send you a confirmation email within 30 days.

Option 2: Remove App via Facebook

You can also remove our app and its data directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. Select Apps and Websites from the left menu
  3. Find our app in your active apps list
  4. Click Remove next to our app name
  5. Follow Facebook's prompts to confirm removal

This will revoke our app's access to your Facebook data and trigger our deletion process.

What Happens Next

Processing Time: We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt.

Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted.

Scope of Deletion: We will delete:

  • All personal information collected from Facebook
  • Any data derived from your Facebook profile
  • Your usage history within our app

Data Retention: Please note that we may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes that cannot be traced back to you. We may also retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
